The facilities were well-appointed and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the private onsen baths that were available. The location was also convenient for exploring the nearby German Village and Mother Farm.
The hotel was not easily accessible by public transportation, which made it difficult to reach. we found that making reservations for meals at the hotel was tricky and we ended up having to find other options nearby.
